MARKETING MANAGER

Position Summary:

Aclarity is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to drive efforts around our digital marketing strategy and support a variety of other corporate-level marketing strategies within the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, overseeing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that advance an organization's mission by reaching a broad audience and attaining greater exposure that translates into pipeline growth.

Along with having a significant role in managing Aclarity’s digital marketing channels, you will also support several strategic corporate-level marketing initiatives such as online and in person events, content creation, social media strategy and more. You will have the aptitude to take an active role to meet Aclarity’s growth and digital transformation goals while working alongside senior leaders and stakeholders.

 

Examples of Duties:

  • Drive Aclarity's marketing automation efforts
  • Lead and support email marketing campaigns and efforts
  • Along with other marketing team members, develop unique and highly effective client, prospect and talent candidate communications, campaigns, and programs that bolster inbound marketing via tactics including blogging, social media, search engine optimization, eBook/white paper/video content creation, website updates, podcast creation, email marketing, and others.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, content consumption and conversions of new, qualified leads.
  • Propose and/or manage marketing research projects including surveys to generate insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
  • Work with other marketing team members, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • Help procure marketing materials such as ordering business cards, sales folder, trade show displays or other materials needed to be produced.
  • Assist in organizing, preparing for and planning in person or online events such as trade shows, speaking ops, webinars and company events.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email campaigns accordingly
  • Managing the company’s communication and marketing platforms and materials (small website updates such as posting a news article, sending intercompany update emails, edits to content such as brochures, cut sheets etc)
  • Participating in the development of presentations, brochures, image and video productions etc.)
  • Help identify and apply for awards across sectors (product, technology, culture/employee wellness, altruism etc)
  • Solid knowledge of website management and analytics tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing automated marketing nurturing campaigns
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • 3-5+ years of experience working on a marketing team or at a marketing agency
  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Desire to have a lasting impact on the future of our planet
  • Works according to best practices but able to think outside the box when a cookie cutter approach isn’t working
  • Versatile, driven and autonomous
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of design software (AI, Photoshop, InDesign) or the ability to create graphics for social posts, emails etc.
  • Bonus: background in cleantech, industrial products, start-ups and B2B

Supervision:

Perform various duties of a routine to complex nature following acceptable standards of quality and performance, requires independent judgment in determining methods of completion and managing projects and owning assignments.

Supervision received: Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Marketing.

Supervision Given: Provides direction and guidance to the other staff and external partners, assisting them in completing business objectives, KPIs, and others’ their assigned work.

Location:

This is a fully remote position with approx. 10% travel expected for team meeetings and other events as needed.
