BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP

Aclarity is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive Aclarity business development goals in the United States. The BDR and team is tasked with helping our customers accomplish their PFAS destruction goals with the help of Aclarity.

If you enjoy talking to people and have a passion for the water industry, deep tech or sustainability, this is the role for you. For this role, Aclarity is seeking someone who will be passionate about helping landfills and other PFAS contaminated sites destroy PFAS, forever with Aclarity’s electrochemical oxidation technology. Communication skills are vital as your role will include working work directly with landfill operators, engineers, contractors, analysts, scientists and more. You are great at reaching out and following up with customers and your “people person” attitude drives you to want to delight customers throughout their experience with Aclarity.

Aclarity has a hybrid work structure, so the BDR must be comfortable and capable of working from home as well as in our office location. As part of the Growth Team, you will work closely with marketing and customer success and will be focused on building a sales pipeline, giving product presentations, and exceeding sales goals.

In addition, you are:

  • Naturally inquisitive. Curiosity is a strength!
  • An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to solve any problem you put your mind to, or at the very least you can figure out the best person to solve that problem.
  • Convinced that anything is possible! It’s just a matter of figuring out how.
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable. You have the courage to get through tough situations and tough times.
  • A mentor. You can communicate collaboratively with everyone, both team members and customers.
  • Able to ask for and accept feedback gracefully and effectively.
  • Able to bounce back from failure and realize you’re not in this alone.
  • Egoless (or at least as much as is reasonable for a human to be). You’ll make mistakes, you’ll fix mistakes, you won’t judge others’ mistakes, and you’ll grow from each experience.
